
Delivery of your order is very important. To ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition please take note of the details below.
1. Your order will be shipped with tracking ASAP via Australia Post or another courier company. We offer several postage options from regular, express or with signatures.
2. If you have not chosen a regular delivery option or one that requires a signature to be obtained for delivery, we are unable ensure your candles are not melted or imperfect in any way when you receive your parcel.
3. If you have paid extra for a signature on delivery, then your order must be signed for at delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive you order.
a. If you have any authority to leave with Australia Post and your delivery is left sitting in the heat, we are unable to stop any candles from melting or being opened in good condition. An authority to leave will override any signature required.
4. IMPORTANT Our candles melt at a very low temperature [only 2 degrees above body temperature] and it is important they arrive as fast as possible to avoid any melting or imperfections. This includes any candles picked up or left sitting in a hot vehicle or in the sun after receipt of a delivery. [We do not post any orders on a Friday to do our best to have deliveries received in good condition].
5. We cannot guarantee any delayed deliveries of your candles to not be affected by the heat because your candle order is likely to be sitting in a hot warehouse and this is outside of our control. During the summer months this is extremely important.
6. You will receive notification via email once your order has been posted so you can track and know when to expect your delivery.
7. We do not replace or offer credit for any products that cannot be delivered on time due to customers delay to receive their order.

10. Regular mail can take 5-7 business days to arrive. Express post is only available for express post suburbs. Once Gem Candles has shipped your order, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or shipping times. Any times are only supplied as a guide.
